Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rydor website at getrydor.com (the "Site") and any related services we make available (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Rydor

Rydor is a pre-launch product. Today the Site is a marketing and waitlist page. We have not yet launched a marketplace. When the marketplace launches, additional terms specific to buying, selling, messaging, and verification will apply and will be presented to you before you can use those features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to join the waitlist or use the Service.

3. Waitlist

You may submit your email address to join our waitlist. By doing so, you confirm that the email is yours and that you are interested in receiving updates about the Rydor launch. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at hello@getrydor.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information.
• Attempt to interfere with, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Site to violate any law or to harass, defraud, or harm others.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, the "Rydor" name and logo, and all content (other than your email and information you submit) are owned by Rydor or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not yet broker, verify, or guarantee any vehicle, listing, or transaction.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
